Sue Kiernan MA/PCC

President and Founder

I have been credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach since 2005.  My prior experiences and perspectives as a clinician and healthcare leader uniquely position me to work with physicians, advance practice providers, nurses, teams, and leaders at all levels.  My coaching style is action- learning based. My goal is to assist my clients in reclaiming and living their best selves, personally and professionally. I believe everyone learns best in a warm, supportive environment sprinkled with a generous amount of humor. The heart of my coaching philosophy emanates from the conviction healers do their best work from a strong inner sense of calling, meaning, and purpose.  How can we create sustainable skills and practices that enable us to live and work aligned with our core values, regardless of external conditions and challenges?
